Job Description

    • Working on HR based processes to ensure that validation of required steps are undertaken on daily/weekly basis
    • Working on verification of onboarding documents of new joinees at Jio.
    • Prepare various MIS and Reports for Management/central team to take decisions and actions.
    • Working on various HR and Recruitment follow-ups and ensuring that TAT is adhered to.
    • Connecting with Recruiters/HRBPs to monitor timely adherence to various timelines.
    • Connect with candidates to guide them on required documentation to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
    • Candidates with 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation will be preferred.
    • Training on Excel, HR processes and Report preparation will be provided.
