Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition: HR ExecutiveVidyavihar [Mumbai, Maharashtra] No relocationJob Summary:As an HR Executive at Transformatrix Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services both internally and to our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for handling HR administration and operations efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes to support organizational objectives and client needs.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Manage and oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as employee records maintenance, documentation, and compliance.
    2. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
    3. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
    4. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as per client requirements.
    5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all HR practices.
    6. Support recruitment and selection processes by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
    7. Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
    8. Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and facilitate reviews.
    9. Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and surveys internally as well as for clients to foster a positive work environment.
    10. Serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including management.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Human Resources Management, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role will be more preferable.
    3. Understanding of HR practices and labour legislation.
    4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
    5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
