Job Description

    Job Title: TPA - HR OperationsLocation: Airoli, Navi MumbaiPayroll: Quess Corp LtdCTC 3 LPAShift 5.30 PM- 3AM/ 4PM-2AMRoles and Responsibilities1. Employee Lifecycle Management:o Facilitate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding,transfers, promotions, and exits.o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.2. HR Administration:o Assist in managing employee benefits, payroll inputs, and statutorycompliance documentation.o Provide support in preparing HR-related reports and metrics for internalstakeholders.3. Policy and Compliance:o Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.o Act as a point of contact for audits related to HR operations.4. Employee Support:o Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.o Ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance employee experience.5. Data Management:o Maintain and update employee data across HR systems with accuracy andconfidentiality.o Collaborate with the HR analytics team to provide data insights.6. Coordination with Stakeholders:o Liaise with cross-functional teams, including payroll, finance, and IT, toensure smooth HR operations.o Support HR Business Partners with operational tasks and strategic initiatives.7. Process Improvement:o Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes for efficiencyand scalability.o Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives within HRoperations.8.Compliance & Documentation:o Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records in compliance withorganizational and legal requirements.o Support in preparing and submitting statutory filings as requiredRequired Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
