Job Description

    We are looking for two dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Generalists to join our team: one for R&D section, and another for Manufacturing section.Key Responsibilities will be:1. Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Facilitate resolution for grievances and provide necessary guidance to employees and managers.
    • Support in implementing employee engagement initiatives
    2. Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage end to end lateral recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer discussion and joining facilitation.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to help ensure smooth transition into the organization.
    3. HR Operations and Compliance
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    4. Training and Development
    • Coordinate and track employee training sessions and performance reviews.
    5. Performance Management
    • Support the performance review process by guiding managers and employees.
    • Track performance metrics and suggest improvement strategies.
    **For Manufacturing Area: Contract Labor Hiring and Management will be additional.Experience:2-5 years of HR generalist experience.Skills-
    • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in some HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
