Association with said consultancys gives us access to over 65 companies with over 200 job openings locally looking to hire resources for their organizations. At the moment recruitment is limited to BPOs & KPOs. We have strong intentions to stabilize and grow the business to encompass hiring for Lateral positions in the current industry and to expand to Bulk & Lateral hiring for IT, BFSI sectors & overseas recruitment soon.We are currently looking for Immediate joiners who are confident, headstrong, flexible & adaptable individuals from Recruitment/Sales/Telesales sector for the position of HRRecruiter, Sr HR Recruiter, HR TL & Manager role. HR Recruiter Ideal Candidate Requirements - *Any degree will be considered.*Minimum 6 months 1 Year experience in Bulk Hiring for International BPOs.*Good knowledge of sourcing through social media / referral channels.*Superior verbal and written communication skills*Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills, organization & time-management skills*Basic computer application knowledge.*Attention to detail and good judgement.Job Description -- Bulk Hiring for International Call Centers.- Filling positions within hiring organization.- Developing own network of suitable candidates, through referrals & other sources.- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.- Interviewing / screening candidates & aligning to appropriate hiring company.- Checking CVs for any inconsistencies- Coaching Candidates on interview process, possible rounds & appropriate responses.- Following up with Candidates; ensuring telephonic or walk-in rounds are completed & candidate joins company on scheduled date of joining.- Staying in touch with the candidate until clawback period is completed.- Meeting weekly / monthly target of joiners***- Meeting monthly target of business revenue***Salary - From 10,000 - 30,000 In-HandShift Timing - 9:30am to 7:00pm (Monday to Saturday - Work from Office only).Candidate Requirement - Immediate Joiners only (Preferably Female), residing either in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Chembur to Kurla.
