Job Description

    Hi, Dear candidate,Designation: Human resource business partnerLocation: Dadar/WadalaShift: General shift with Sunday offSalary: Depends on last salary and profileJob role:
    • Conducting surveys, Keep a track on an employee health check, confirmations, skip meetings, exit interviews
    • Prepare employee engagement calendar and execution
    • Conducting employee orientation/ induction
    • Manages and resolves complex employee grievance
    • Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed
    • Gather and analyze relevant data, trends, and patterns and identify gaps and priorities
    • Work with business/function leaders to spot opportunities to create and execute learning & development programs
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Consult with employees and management on employee grievance by providing guidance and assistance with policy interpretation
    • Analyzing the data and, make HR reports/dashboards and initiate recommendations and execution
    • Benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions
    Skills required:
    1. Excellent communication skills
    2. Should be strong in excel & power point
    3. Excellent people management & analytical skills
    4. Extensive knowledge of HR process, procedures and policies
    5. Ability to take an ownership of HR projects
