Tech/B.E. in Computers/Electronics/IT (full time) AWS Certified (active) Experience of working in SAP Basis and Cloud Infra services. (AWS) Good Analytical skills & Communication skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Your Experience Experience in O/S (Windows/Linux), configuration, installation, design and maintenance are required Perform Operational maintenance activities which include platform upgrades, patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with tools for assessment and migrations Ability to work with distributed international teams in different time zones if required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Should be a team player, able to own issues and work with cross functional teams in problem solving. Act as a technical relationship between the customer, and portfolio providing technical expertise in analyzing requirements, recommending solutions, and performing validation on various components built within the new cloud environment. Proficient in Security side, Data Security, Infrastructure Security etc. Understanding of scripting and Automation skills.Specific work experience: Experience working with managed service providers Experience in a global enterprise Previous experience in supporting mission critical infrastructure environments. At least 10 years of experience handling Infrastructure Operations and Architecture rolesTechnical / functional skills: Must have strong experience in Infrastructure domain with deep understanding and experience in automation concepts and tools in a hybrid environment with expertise in one of the Cloud platforms -AWS. Must have good experience in the combination of SAP ERP, BW/BO/BI,PI/PO, HANA so will be well versed working on various landscapes. Experience with Oracle & MSSQL. Must be experienced in designing/re-designing and implementing infrastructure foundational services and application environment architecture on the cloud. Experienced at producing multi-tier, high-availability architectures in an Enterprise & cloud environment adhering to DR, Business Continuity, and availability best practice. Direct management of 3rd party MSP service provider in the delivery of platform and integration services, including leading regular service reviews. Experience with application and infrastructure management and monitoring tools enabling cloud native Ops and monitoring, Policy definitions and implementations.Behavioral competencies: Ability to work in a multicultural and multi-located team.
