Job Description

Primary focus is to provide clinical expertise through consultation, education and training of ASPs products to both internal and external customers. Key activity is to provide best-practice solutions to customers in partnership with the Account Executive in the execution of plans that meet or exceed the Companys business objectives. Responsible for developing long- term customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence in ASP as the preferred vendor. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions. Key Job Responsibilities
• To provide clinical expertise to customers on ASP products and processes through consultation, assessment and education.
• Follow up on clinical customer issues and provides information to ASP team representing the voice of the customer.
• Functions as a clinical expert to ASP staff on new product development/ launches, market changes/ trends and the identification of customer driven needs and/or requests.
• Communicates business opportunities to the sales team in a timely manner.
• Plans and delivers educational programs and training to ASP employees.
• Plans and support develop clinical marketing content.
• Plans, develops and implements customer educational programs to meet current and future customer needs.
• Maintains and expands clinical/technical knowledge of all ASP products.
• Plans, prioritizes and manages a work schedule which meets customer expectations in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Maintains active membership in professional organization(s) to continue professional growth and development.
• Know, understand and follow ASP policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
• Engages in ongoing assessment and evaluation of ASP products in the market, works collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to achieve business objectives.
Key Skill/Knowledge Requirements
• Training of ASP & non ASP customers on Product and Procedure.
• Design Infection Prevention Program for Healthcare Professionals in Indian hospitals aligned to HLD, LLD & TS
• Deliver sessions on Instrument Reprocessing, Environmental Disinfection, and Infection Prevention
• Support India Sales in any strategic education execution
• Clinical expertise in surgical instrumentation including endoscopic instruments.
• Knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection
• Knowledge of operating room, central processing and endoscopy suite practices, procedures and protocols.
• Knowledge of Perioperative nursing standards, infection control standards, and SPD guidelines for practice.
• Knowledge of ASPs products and competitive products.
• Knowledge of market changes or trends in healthcare environments utilizing ASPs products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Highly developed interpersonal/people skills.
• Ability to articulate and effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels.

Key Education / Experience Required
• MSc Microbiology, MHA, RN with BSN degree in healthcare related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience in OR and /or SPD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices or 3 years clinical experience in medical device preferred.
• Experience in a management position in OR, SPD or Endoscopy preferred.
• Minimum 1 years experience in delivering educational programs/presentations preferred.
