Job Description

    We are hiring Global Service Representatives to join our International BPO team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking to build a career in customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer support through voice.
    • Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
    • Follow company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
    Eligibility:
    • HSC/Graduate can apply.
    • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
    • Excellent English communication skills are required.
    • Basic computer knowledge and good problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to work in rotational, UK, US, or Australian shifts.
