You will be responsible for meeting productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.This is a target-driven role where efficiency, empathy, and strong communication skills are key to success.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle customer calls with high efficiency and minimal idle time
    • Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets
    • Deliver outstanding customer experience

    Eligibility CriteriaGraduates:
    • 112 years of relevant contact center experience
    HSC (12th Pass):
    • 18 months10 years of relevant contact center experience
    Excellent verbal communication skills (C1 Voice preferred) Open to rotational, night, and weekend shifts Prior voice experience preferredWork Structure
    • 9 hours productive shift (voice-based role)
    • Rotational shifts with staggered weekly offs
    • Open to 6-day working if required
