    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
    • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients evolving needs.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the companys sales targets.
    • Well versed with the details required to understand requirements of HVAC business
    • Flair for technical understanding and prior experience of selling HVAC Components to OEMS in HVAC industries
    • Hold a key account responsibility for identified top of the top customers mainly HVAC OEMs
    • Kindly note that this person will managing a team and will be selling adhesives to HVAC OEMs.
