Job Description

    1. Sales Upskilling &Digital Learning Integration:
    • Understanding of LXP/Learning Platforms
    • Create & Drive Sales Learning strategies.
    • Close collaboration & Alignment with business.
    • Achieve employee engagement with digital learning modules.
    2.Personalized Learning Paths:
    • Develop and promote personalized learning paths for employees.
    • Content Development: Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and guides.
    • Drive the learning relevance.
    • Track and report on the progress of personalized learning paths quarterly.
    • Drive participation in voluntary training programs.
    • Launch monthly learning initiatives and track participation.
    • Conduct annual surveys to assess and improve the learning culture.
    3.Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data analytics to inform L&D strategies.
    • Implement a data analytics tool to measure training effectiveness.
    4. Business Communication:
    • Award Writing: Research and write compelling award applications to highlight the achievements of our L&D programs.
    • Employee Communication: Create engaging and informative mailers, newsletters, and other communication materials to keep employees informed and motivated.Skills:
    • 1. Expertise in PowerPoint and giving presentations.2. Experience working withL&D tools like LMS.3. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
