Job Description

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SALESJOB SCOPE. Develop new business opportunities for Air & Sea Freight.. Build and maintain strong client relationships.. Provide competitive freight rates and close deals.. Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.. Generate and share weekly sales reports with management.. Ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR. Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding (Air/Sea).. Strong background in sales, client handling, and rate negotiation.. Excellent communication and presentation skills.. Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.. Ability to bring business to the company. Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel.. Bachelors in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / International Trade preferred.
