Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Manager Legal in our organization.Position: Manager Legal Role: Litigation Management Location: CPC Seawoods, Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 6 years in handling litigations Qualification: LL.B from a reputed Law CollegeKey Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and manage litigations filed by and against the company before various Courts, Tribunals, and Quasi-Judicial bodies
    • Draft and finalize pleadings such as plaints, written statements, replies, affidavits, etc.
    • Represent the company before legal forums and liaise with judicial/quasi-judicial offices and external counsels
    • Handle police escalations or complaints filed by/against the company
    • Manage litigation strategies and budgets effectively
    Critical Competencies:
    • Excellent command over procedural laws and litigation practices
    • Proficiency in oral and written communication
    • Ability to manage litigations with minimal supervision
    • Strong team player capable of performing under pressure
    • Exposure to consumer and life insurance litigations (preferred)
