This ensures robust, scalable foundational data infrastructure aligned with evolving business needs and supports the delivery of high-quality solutions for thousands of customers daily.Outline of Duties and Responsibilities:- Enable and empower stream-aligned teams led by LSDEs, ensuring clear boundaries, autonomy, and alignment with business domains.- Act as a technical enabler, facilitating team flow, and fostering continuous delivery and improvement culture.- Contribute hands-on to development efforts, especially in Java, React.js, and AI-augmented coding using tools like GitHub Copilot.- Lead and coordinate application enhancement and tech ops activities with technology and business teams.- Participate in architecture discussions, system design, task breakdown, estimation, code reviews, QA, and release planning.- Coordinate with stakeholders to create and manage project schedules.- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates on project status to stakeholders.- Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and improve operational efficiency.- Identify opportunities to enhance engineering practices.Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or related field.- 12 years of software development and engineering leadership experience.- Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and React.js development.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.- Experience with AI-augmented development tools and database knowledge.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hiring/leading technical teams.- Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving skills.- Ability to foster team decision-making, healthy debate, and collaboration.(Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.)
