Job Description

    Position Title: Manager - Store Operations
    1. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement retail strategies that align with corporate goals, optimizing operational efficiency.
    2. Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and address potential concerns.
    4. Team Leadership: Lead recruitment, training, and development of store staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
    5. Inventory Management & Store Hygiene: Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene.
    6. Customer Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
    7. Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met across all stores.
    8. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align on promotions, product launches, and inventory management strategies.
    9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all locations.
