Job Description

    Preferred candidate profile:Full time BE (Mechanical)2 5 years experience in Preventive/Breakdown maintenance in Oil & Gas industryLocation: Mahape Navi MumbaiRole & responsibilities1) HSE :Conduct interactive sessions with contractors/contract employee to promote HSE policyEnsure timely closure of safety actions pertaining to incident investigation, SMT tours & safety auditsEnsure that safety procedures are being followed at site2) Resolution of customer complaints :Improve efficiency of emergency response teamEnsure availability of all requisite tools, services and tackles3) Liaise with internal stakeholder :Planning- Provide inputs for annual budget and Certify measurements for the contracts/billsProject Team- Provide timely intimation of proposed gas line/ asset diversion, commissioningHSE TeamAsset Integrity- Take suggestions for deviations from COP at site executionCRM- Provide necessary information to resolve customer complaints4) Liaise with external stakeholders :Communicate with contractors regarding site requirementsEnsure timely receipt of permit of work from statutory authorities & maintain necessary licenses of assetsso as to be compliantMaintain good relations with other utility companiesEnsure timely resolution of customer complaints5) Breakdown/Preventive maintenance :Ensure availability of spares for Preventive maintenanceExecute maintenance as per scheduleEnsure minimum breakdown after effective preventive maintenanceEnsure proper maintenance of gas network and repair damage of gas lines to provide uninterrupted supplyto customersMaintain gas losses within specified limitsEnsure network integrity managementEnsure compliance to PNGRB guideline6) Steel O&M activities :Ensure steel pipe laying and testing of new steel valves and steel pipes as per procedurePrepare NROs and follow up for approval from competent authority for activities like steel pipeline laying,steel valve replacement above ground modification and diversionsEnsure adequate resources for job executionAvailability of materials such as steel pipe and fittings in storesEnsure corrosion mitigations by keeping contracts for painting and coating in placeEnsure repair of damaged steel pipelines and cleaning and maintenance of steel valve chambers8) Documentation :Maintain all documents and asset monitoring reportsMaintain ISO documents and statutory documents as per policyPreferred candidate profile:Full time BE (Mechanical)2 5 years experience in Preventive/Breakdown maintenance in Oil & Gas industrycontact:hidden_email/hidden_mobile
