    The Requirement Details are As Follows,Share your updated resume onhidden_email / hidden_emailJob description :-Account / Finance ExecutiveReporting to:Head of Controlling and Facility ManagementAn MNC Manufacturing Organisation into Electronic Components , 5 days working ,with Canteen Facility & Transport Facility from Kalyan & VashiResponsibilities: AccountingProcessing purchase orders in SAP-blanket process for expenses bookingBooking of material/services Invoices in SAP Creating the Vendor master in SAP-PurchaseResponsible for ordering and administering the printing and stationeries items.Creation of Asset Code, Purchase order, GRN & Invoice BookingGSTPreparing & Filing of GSTR-1Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books of accountPreparing & Filing of GSTR-3BProcessing, verifying, and posting entries for GST in SAP Responsible for maintaining the records as per GST compliancesReportingPreparing & Uploading Inventory Report in Hyperion Financial Management (International financial reporting software) Reconciliation of Sales with MISReconciliation of Local Purchase with MISAuditPhysical Verification of Stock- twice in yearResponsible to handle the statutory audit /GST audits.Physical Verification of newly purchase fixed assets & their TaggingQualifications required.
