Job Description

    1. Maintain first aid boxes in all departments regularly.
    2. Check and maintain records of medicines in stock, including monitoring expiry dates.
    3. Review records maintained by respective department heads (HODs).
    4. Process bills Regarding OHC & first - aid medicines.
    5. Coordinate with the Medical Officer according to their schedule.
    6. Arrange and maintain records for medical camps as needed.
    7. Maintain incident reports and notify the EHS Team and reporting manager.
    8. Schedule annual/half-yearly medical examinations as per statutory guidelines.
    9. Provide assistance to employees in cases of medical emergencies.
    10. Accompany injured or unwell employees to the hospital.
    11. Manage inventory of medical supplies.
    12. Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety practices.
    13. Organize health and wellness programs.
    14. Coordinate with external medical providers.
    15. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    16. Canteen Inspection
    17. OHC equipment calibrations on yearly basis .
    18. OHC walkthrough .
    19. Vehicle inspection .
    20. OHC material procurement as per the requirement
    21. Provide vaccinations for BMW handling employees
    • Working Days Monday to Saturday
    • Work Timings (Female 1stShift (07:00 am 03:30 pm), 2ndShift (12:00 pm 09:00 pm) & General Shift (08:30 am 05:30 pm) for Male only Night Shift (10:00 pm 07:00 am)
