Job Description

    Require for Occupational Therapist.Location- Seawood, Navi mumbai.Salary- Depends on interview and hike on current ctcExperience- Min 2 yrsKey Responsibilities:
    1. Assessment and Evaluation:
    2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical, cognitive, and emotional
    abilities
    1. Identify the specific needs and challenges of each patient.
    2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
    3. Therapeutic Intervention:
    4. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions focused on
    Neuroregenerative rehabilitation.
    1. Use specialized techniques and equipment to aid in the recovery of motor
    skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
    1. Adapt and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of
    patients.
    1. Patient and Family Education:
    2. Educate patients and their families about the nature of their condition and the
    goals of occupational therapy.
    1. Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure continuity of care at
    home.
    1. Collaboration and Coordination:
    2. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists,
    speech therapists, neurologists, and psychologists.
    1. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and
    adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    1. Documentation and Reporting:
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    3. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
    4. Prepare reports for all relevant stakeholders as required.7. Professional Development:
    5. Stay current with advancements in neurorehabilitation and occupational
    therapy through continuing education and professional development.
    1. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and
    knowledge.Qualifications:
    1. Masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
    2. Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
    3. Certification in neurorehabilitation or related specialties is preferred.
    4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in neurorehabilitation, preferably with both
    pediatric and adult populations.
    1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Physical Requirements:
    1. Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
    2. Capacity to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs,
    and movement of the whole body.
    1. Stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
    Working Conditions:
    1. Requires flexibility in working hours, including potential evenings or weekends.
