About The RoleWe are helping many Financial Market clients on their Digital Transformation journey to become a digitally integrated financial marketplace. To strengthen our Leadership and Technology capabilities further, Oneture is looking for an experienced Technical Lead.As a backend lead , you will be responsible for : Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend systems in the Capital Market domain. Solution Architecting, design, effort and timeline estimates and building and maintaining the same Lead the implementation of AWS solutions and best practices, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. Coordinate and manage a team of 5 to 10 developers, enforce the process and review developers output to ensure predictability and quality of deliverables. Mentor and work closely with junior developers on day-to-day project work efforts Overall ownership of the technical project planning, underlying solutions developed and deployed by the development team. Client communication, status update, stakeholder expectation management especially with clients business and tech stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Create strong practices around test driven development, automating delivery of applications with strong CI/CD practicesDomain knowledge : Domestic and or International Capital markets, stock broking, mutual fund, stock exchanges, investment banking experience will be a major plusEducation level : Bachelors degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed instituteExperience : Minimum 4 to 6 years, hands-on and lead level proven experience in: managing a large scale work-loads, expertise in building large complex platforms, low latency, real-time, highly secured, platforms with millions of users.Technical Expertise Proficiency in programming languages such as Node, Go Lang, Java, Python, or similar for backend development. Proven expertise in AWS services, particularly in architecting and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Professional / Speciality certification) are a strong advantage. Has worked extensively on caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with writing and maintaining unit-tests, functional tests, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of common technologies such as REST web services, OAuth, JSON, XML, SQL. Experience in Unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD) Ability to think from a product mindset.
