This senior leadership role will focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and licenses while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and best practices. The role also involves acting as a strategic advisor on legal matters, driving process excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely and smooth contract closures.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and related documentation
    • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies
    • Advise on the impact of new legislation on commercial agreements
    • Implement and drive best practices for contract management across the organization
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients for effective deal closure
    • Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports
    Requirements
    • LLB from a reputed law college
    • 1415 years of post-qualification experience in handling commercial contracts
    • Strong knowledge of procedural laws
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in life insurance contracts preferred
