We are in the industry since the past 25 years and cater to all the major segments in the Market.Position: Recruitment Officer (IT / Non-IT)Experience Required: 0-1 Year (Any Graduate)Office Timing: 9 am to 6 pm / 10: 00 am to 7 pm ( Flexible timings)Working Days : 6 Days (2ND & 4TH Saturday would be off)Job Description/Profile:1. Screening and short listing resumes from various Job portals, social networking sites, references2. Calling candidates and conducting their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the client.3. Scheduling the candidates as per the client requirement.4. Following up with the candidate until Joining.5. Maintaining the database of all the candidates.6.
