Order to Cash Analyst

Role Overview:As an Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, you will be part of a growing global team supporting end-to-end OTC activities for a global organization. Your role will involve reviewing sales orders, processing invoices, supporting revenue processes, managing cash applications, collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to system improvements, and supporting audits.Key Responsibilities:- Review sales orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing and revenue recognition requirements- Process sales orders through fulfilment and create customer sales invoices- Monitor and manage unbilled invoices and revenue balances- Support intercompany billing activities- Collect and retain evidence for project milestone completion and revenue recognition- Assist with internal and external audits- Apply customer payments accurately and support collections activities- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)- Support ERP and finance system transformation initiatives- Identify and contribute to process improvementsQualifications Required:- 2 years experience in Order to Cash, Finance Operations, or a related finance role- Working knowledge of order management, sales order review, unbilled revenue management, cash application, and collections support- Experience in a global or shared services environment- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite- Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsAdditional Details:YouGov is a global organization focused on making millions of peoples opinions heard for the benefit of local, national, and international communities.
