Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Para Planner.Qualification:Graduate in finance field and also CFP Certification both are a must for this position.Good mathematical ability is a must.Candidates who have studied in English medium throughout and fluency in English is a must.Experience:Ideal candidates would be the one having at least 2 years of work experience as a Para-Planner in the Mutual Fund industry and having reasonable knowledge of back-office operations of the Mutual Fund industry.Location: Andheri EastSalary: No Budget Constraint1. Conducting meetings with new clients (physical at clients place and/or virtual) andunderstanding their complete requirement.2. Understanding clients risk profile and recommend products.3. Maintaining clients confidential data in Excel sheet.4. Help client to prepare annual Budget of their Cash Flow5. Providing guidance to clients on optimising their tax outgo.6. Analysing clients existing Investments and Insurances and recommending better ones.7. Suggesting Investments as per Clients medium term and long term goals8. Explaining client pros and cons of various investment and insurance products.9. Implementing clients Financial Plans.10.Executing and maintaining transactions through online platforms.11.Monitoring and tracking clients financial goals and recommending changes based ontactical analysis.12.Study various mutual funds and compare their performances13. Analysing performance of clients MF portfolio and suggesting alternative mutual funds14. Annual review meetings with clients (physical as well as virtual)15. Preparing and maintaining minutes of clients meetingThere is no sales related work. The work is 100% desk work and is within the office itself.Travelling is limited to clients place only.Skills Required:1. AMFI Certification for MF Distributor/MF Advisor is must2. Proficiency in spoken and written English is must3. Neat hand writing is required4. Experience in filling up application forms manually is preferred5. Work experience of ONLINE transaction is added advantage6. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with all formatting techniques and use of Pivot tableand various formulae and functions is added advantage7. Good knowledge of MS Word and formatting techniques8. Should be able to draft emails to clients in response to their queries9.
