Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify,qualify,and understand customer requirements.
    • Translate customer needs into technical solutions,designing proposals that align with their specific challenges and goals.
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations,effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio,staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Prepare technical documentation,including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Participate in pre-sales calls and meetings,providing technical expertise and insights.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solution feasibility and address technical questions.
    • Support the sales process through the entire sales cycle,from initial qualification to closing the deal.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Engineering,or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role.
    • Strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to our industry (e.g. Holistic Testing, Development and Monitoring)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills,with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstratedsuccess in exceeding sales targets through technical expertise and solution-oriented thinking.
    • Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
    • Experience with Katlon, AA, DT & AppD & Development Frameworks a plus
