Job Description

    In this role at Arcadis, you will be an integral part of the Global Excellence Centre (GEC), the centralized project delivery group of Arcadis, consisting of over 3,000 talented individuals across different countries. Your primary focus will be on Advanced Process Manufacturing, where you will contribute to designing innovative process engineering solutions for various industries like Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, and Process.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare plant equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, and equipment sizing.- Develop specifications and data sheets for various types of equipment.- Experience with OSD projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing.- Knowledge of equipment such as Blister packing, Bottles packing lines, and track & trace systems.- Design Small and Large Volume Parenteral Facilities.- Provide process input to the Instrumentation team.- Develop documentation, diagrams, and specifications to meet project requirements.- Participate in project reviews and prepare project documents.- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.- Follow cGMP guidelines and Arcadis SOPs.- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability guidelines.Qualifications Required:Mandatory:- Bachelors degree in Chemical (Preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.- 4-12 years of experience as a process engineer in a design consultancy.- Knowledge of process analysis, modeling, and safety.- Good project management skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to have:- Masters degree in process engineering or related field.- Professional certification in process engineering.- Experience with process automation and control systems.- Knowledge of process simulation software and CAD tools.- Understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.- Experience in sterile processing and hazardous area classification.- Experience with high potency pharmaceuticals and different process designs.By joining Arcadis, you will have the opportunity to contribute to sustainable solutions and create a lasting legacy.
