Job Description

You will work with the event Central Procurement team to plan && coordinate. You will beresponsible for assisting in all aspects of event management, from initial planning stages topost-event evaluation. -1) Assist in the planning and coordination of events with internal && externalstakeholders.2) Communicate with Brand teams to understand their event requirements and ensuretheir needs are met.3) Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamlessexecution of events.4) Prepare event timelines, schedules, and budgets, and track the performance of theevent.5) Coordinate event setup and teardown, including arranging furniture, decor, andequipment.6) Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in events planning, ensuring quick andeffective resolution.Qualifications: -- Bachelors or masters degree in management, Event Planning, Marketing, or relatedfield preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with clients, vendors, and team members.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office && PowerPoint
