The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, quality, and testing teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production aligned with client specifications and industry standardsKey Responsibilities:Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities for electrical panel assemblySupervise shop floor activities, including fabrication, wiring, assembly, and testing of panelsMonitor production progress and ensure timely delivery as per project deadlines.Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to optimize output and reduce downtime.Review and interpret electrical drawings, GA/SLD/BOQ, and customer specifications.Coordinate with the design and engineering team for drawing approvals and technical clarificationsEnsure adherence to safety protocols and other shop floor best practices.Maintain quality standards during all production stages, ensuring panels pass pre-dispatch inspection.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteManage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and consumables.Prepare production reports and present performance data to seniorConduct training and skill development programs for production staff and technicians.Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. / B.
