    Urgent opening forProduction Managerin Retail Furniture Manufacturing industry at BhiwandiDesignation: Production ManagerLocation : BhiwandiExperience: mini 5 yrs (in Furniture Manditory)Interested candidate can share resume on hidden_mobile (Hr Varsha)Role DescriptionThe Monarch Enterprises is looking for a Production Manager (Wood Furniture) in Bhiwandi. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing the production process, ensuring that the production is cost-effective and that the products are of high quality. The Manager will also need to supervise the production team and manage the workload of the factory floor. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhiwandi.Prepare production plan in coordination with Sales and design teamCoordinate with Purchase team on raw material. Guiding Purchase department for scheduling as the production planPrepare process flow, work instructions and continuously update the Sales, Design and Management on the progress of the projectManaging project deliverables in line with the project plan and review of drawing and specification for any queries and clarifications essential for productionEnsure production targets are met within the constraints of the budget and optimum production is achievedEnsure that the installations manufactured are of consistent qualityHighlight technical issues and recommend probable solutions to the Sales, design and ManagementAnalyze root cause for the rejections and the rework, customer feedback and ensure the systems are in place to prevent the re occurrenceMeasure the cycle time and reduce the same to improve productionDevice maintenance plan for the shop floorAnalyze requirement of new machinery to increase productivity/ new product line and accordingly present the case to Management for approval and purchaseTeam Management
    • Train the production team adequately on quality system, understanding of the design drawings, work instructions and quality check points
    • To maintain shop floor discipline and housekeeping
    • Motivate shop floor team and instill team work
    • Train the team on quality and ensure that production down time is reduced and process capability is improved. Develop the production team to be multi skilled
    • Periodically generating performance report of team & provide necessary feedback / mentoring/ assistance to upscale over all team performance
