Job Description

    This is Manshi Ratudi from ASA (Authentic Staffing Agency).We are leading HR Consultancy having more than 3000 employees on our payroll serving Major Sectors like: Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharma, Refineries, Manufacturing, IT from domestic as well as international locationsLocation: Powai, MumbaiPosition: Purchase EngineerExperience: 2 to 6 YearsQualification: Diploma (Electronics)Job Responsibilities
    1. Having knowledge of Purchase activities
    2. Having knowledge of ERP
    3. Sending inquiries to various vendors and comparing rates.
    4. Obtaining Requisitions from seniors.
    5. Locate and analysing of vendors of materials & equipment, and evaluate them in order to determine product availability and terms of sale.
    6. Evaluating quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the requirements/projects.
    7. Making purchase order and following up on Purchase Orders for delivery and schedules with vendors.
    8. Prepare records of goods ordered (purchase orders) and check goods received notes (GRN and Quality Notes) in Excel.
    9. Maintaining Stock reports & monitoring inventory and place orders accordingly.
