Job Description

    Hi,We are actively looking for a Purchase Executive to be located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Please share your resumes on hidden_email/ hidden_emailRoles & Responsibilities :Following procurement policies.Comparing products and services to be purchased.Managing inventories, purchase pricing & records.Preparing budgets and reports.Making Delivery challans & InvoicesPreparing Order ProcessingPreparing work ordersResponsible to source , negotiate and purchase materials from vendorsEvaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications .Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & ConditionsIn charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning , issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.Resolve supply , quality , service and invoicing issues with vendorsAssist in ISO Annual Performance Review for. vendorsEvaluate supplier performance based on quality standards , delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectationResponsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirementsUndertake any other ad -hoc duties as assignedManage supplier relationships, negotiate programs, select assortments, optimize supportDevelop and maintain sales plan- manage purchase plan, communicate forecasts to suppliers and resolve inventory issuesManage assortment productivity as well as price, promo and EOL activitiesRecommend marketing & advertising activities, manage approved activitiesManage analysis of business, report out as required (WBR)Understand competition and customersVisit suppliersRecommend & manage activities to support business objectivesDirect space plan to support business objectives (POG)Work with sourcing as needed to achieve business objectivesDesired Candidate Profile :Candidate should have exposure in managing vendors (OEMs / brands) for IT Product segment like Laptops, Desktops, Monitor, Printer , IT Peripherals and accessories .Also knows B2C , channel and distribution sales.Should have the knowledge of Tally.Role Procurement & Purchase - OtherIndustry Type Hardware & NetworkingEmployment Type Full Time, PermanentLocation Nerul, Navi Mumbai,
