Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Development:- Lead the formulation and development of polyurethane and epoxy-based waterproofing systems, adhesives, coatings, sealants, and other construction chemicals.- Innovate and improve existing product lines by enhancing performance characteristics like durability, flexibility, curing times, water resistance, and adhesion.- Evaluate and integrate new raw materials and technologies into product development, ensuring eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to determine material properties, reaction kinetics, and performance under different environmental conditions. 2. Testing & Analysis: - Perform laboratory tests to evaluate product durability, mechanical and other performance characteristics. - Analyze product failure cases and recommend solutions to improve product quality. - Ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO). 3. Market & Industry Research: - Keep up with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and competitors product developments in the waterproofing and construction chemicals industry. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for product innovation. 4. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain thorough documentation of research findings, formulations, test results, and product development processes. - Prepare and present technical reports, R&D summaries, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Collaboration: - Work with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product developments meet client requirements and market demands. - Liaise with suppliers and third-party testing labs to evaluate new materials and validate product performance. - Provide technical support to production team to ensure efficient scale-up from lab to manufacturing.
