Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Officer (Qualified CA) to oversee revenue recognition, compliance, and risk management in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, optimize revenue streams, and implement effective controls to prevent revenue leakage.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 15 & Ind AS 115 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).
    • Monitor and analyze billing, contracts, and revenue streams to identify discrepancies or potential losses.
    • Implement internal controls and audit mechanisms to prevent revenue leakage.
    • Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align revenue policies with business strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements related to revenue transactions.
    • Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual revenue.
    • Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights to management.
    • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all revenue-related processes meet industry standards.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong Accounting Knowledge: Expertise in revenue recognition (IFRS 15/Ind AS 115).
    • Financial Analysis: Ability to assess revenue trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • ERP & Financial Tools: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or other financial software.
    • Tax & Compliance: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and IT industry taxation.
    • Advanced Excel & Reporting: Proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and data analytics.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset to detect revenue inconsistencies.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and implement revenue optimization strategies.
