    OS EMI- Candidates need to convince customers to pay their outstanding amount into EMI.Candidates from any sales or collection background pref with good English comms.LOC- Candidates need to sell loan to the customers on the credit card which they have already purchased (such as personal loan).Candidates from hard-core sales background pref with basic and good English comms.ACTIVATION- Candidates need to call the existing customers & activate their credit card.Candidate from inbound pref with excellent English comms.RETENTION - Candidates need to call the existing customers & retain them to not cancel their credit card.Candidate from inbound pref with excellent English comms.*NOTE- Need graduates for all the process with good and basic english communication
