    Job Title: Sales Manager Home Loans & Mortgage ProductsLocation: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai SuburbsJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for Home Loans and Mortgage Products to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and ensure an exceptional loan experience. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer acquisition, developing strong industry relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing. This role requires a strategic and results-driven individual with expertise in home loans and mortgages.Key Responsibilities:Sales Performance
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
    • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to current market trends to increase revenue.
    • Lead Generation: Build strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to create a steady flow of high-quality leads.
    Customer Acquisition
    • Identify Opportunities: Understand the unique needs of customers and offer personalized home loan solutions.
    • Direct Sales: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close new business.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Cultivate and maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
    Relationship Management
    • Industry Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, brokers, and agents.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and seamless loan application process from initial contact to disbursement.
    • Query Handling: Actively resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns promptly.
    Loan Processing & Coordination
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all necessary documentation adheres to regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Problem-Solving: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient loan approval and disbursement.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
    • Sales-Focused: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, especially in home loans and mortgage products.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
    • Financial Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, mortgage processes, and credit assessment.
    • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.

    • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage regulations, loan processing, and industry compliance standards.
