Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering Diploma or degree in CFD will be an added advantageSpecific work experience: Proven CFD FEA & DEM experience in cement and / or similar type of manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5 years At least 2-3 years of cement industry experience in both CFD and complex Environmental projects for dust, NOx abatement technologies with primary measures Able to integrate the Quality parameters in CFD thermodynamic simulationTechnical/ functional skills: Knowledge of cement industrial processes Proven track record in successful implementation in various cost saving primary measures especially in Environment emission control & AFR enhancement / Carbon footprint reduction projects Knowledge and experience in pollution control equipment like ESP, Bag Filters, SNCR etc Knowledge in FLUENT, ANSYS CFX, ICEM CFD, EDEM, ANSYS MECHANICAL & OpenFOAM for CFD Knowledge in C, C, Aspen Plus, Dynochem, Visimix, DEM and FEA simulations Knowledge in integration of CFD & DEMLeadership and managerial abilities: Able to manage CFD & innovation team Ability to deal with other functional areas; good understanding of the various stakeholders and their priorities Able to prioritize the workload based on the business needs Able to think beyond the present technology and to develop for future innovations Excellent communicator, result oriented with strong strategic and conceptual thinking Capable of professionally communicate in EnglishMobility requirements (time spent travelling internationally, nationally etc.): Business travel requirements are approximately 15% depends on the intensity of the projectsDid we spark your interest Build your future with us and apply,
