Job Description

    Senior HR Manager Employee Engagement & Organizational Development Location: Bandra, Mumbai Experience Required: 5 YearsAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to lead Employee Engagement and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, driving engagement programs, and supporting talent development strategies that contribute to a high-performing and people-centric workplace.Key Responsibilities
    • Employee Engagement
    • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
    • Drive employee wellness programs, team-building activities, cultural celebrations, and employee connect initiatives.
    • Lead reward & recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and performance.
    • Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback sessions, and action planning.
    • Collaborate with leadership and employees to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
    • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and employer branding.
    • Organizational Development (OD)
    • Lead Organizational Development initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and team performance.
    • Support competency mapping, performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
    • Drive learning and development initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building interventions.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and implement culture transformation initiatives.
    • Facilitate change management and employee adoption programs during organizational changes.
    • Develop frameworks and strategies to improve employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
    • People & Culture
    • Champion organizational values and foster a strong people-first culture.
    • Work closely with leadership teams to enhance employee communication and alignment across the organization.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workplace practices, employee experience, and team effectiveness.
    • HR Operations (Limited Scope)
    • Support key HR processes including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
    • Ensure maintenance of employee records and coordination with relevant HR stakeholders.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HRBP roles.
    • Strong experience in driving engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and OD interventions.
    • Exposure to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to influence leaders and drive people-centric initiatives across the organization.
    • Experience in the social sector, education, development sector, or purpose-driven organizations will be an added advantage.
