Job Description

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting
    • Work closely with the creative team to design marketing collaterals for sales enablement activities
    • Manage the Resource Hub of marketing collaterals and assets required by the business
    • Run and measure email marketing campaigns
    • Conduct webinars for customers
    • Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution models to maximize lead conversion and sales alignment
    • Manage social media of CyberCorp and subsidiaries; work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure social media is updated regularly
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage the marketing technology (Martech) stack to support current and future needs
    • Work with the support team to conduct customer satisfaction surveys
    • Engage with trade magazines, associations and strategic partners to help build the brand
    • Generate monthly reports
    Education: MBA, with certifications in ABM, Inbound Marketing preferredSkills:
    • Proficiency in martech tools such as CRM and Brevo (email marketing)
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Proficient in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Understanding of SEO, Social Media, and Paid Media
    • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
    Experience:
    • Must have worked in marketing/product marketing in a technology company
