Job Description

    Senior Project EngineerRole Overview:As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage engineering projects across their lifecycle, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Provide technical guidance during design, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
    • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring clear communication.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while conducting risk assessments.
    • Monitor project performance, review designs, and ensure quality standards.
    • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
    • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial metrics.
    • Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field); a Masters degree or certifications like PMP/PE are advantageous.
    • 18 years of experience in engineering project management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
    • Strong technical expertise and proven project delivery track record.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and team collaboration abilities.
