Job Description

    Position Details:Role: Showroom ManagerExperience: Minimum 7 years in a similar role within the automobile industryLocation: Lower Parel and ChemburJoining: Immediate requirementKey Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations to ensure seamless functioning.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and manage showroom inventory to ensure availability of key models and accessories.
    • Develop and implement strategies to boost showroom footfall and conversion rates.
    • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines in all showroom activities.
    • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
