Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Angular Architect to lead and mentor our frontend development team The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Angular and NgRx a strong understanding of micro web app architecture and a commitment to accessibility mobilefirst design and testdriven development Proficiency in Figma and advanced CSS is essential to ensure seamless collaboration between design and development delivering responsive inclusive and visually consistent user interfacesincluding support for dark modeKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design modular scalable Angular applications using micro web app architecture principlesLead the implementation of NgRx for state management ensuring maintainable and predictable application behaviorChampion mobilefirst development practices to ensure optimal performance and usability across devicesImplement and maintain dark mode support using CSS variables theming strategies and accessibility guidelinesPromote and enforce accessibility standards WCAG 2122 across all UI components ensuring inclusive design and usabilityDefine and implement unit testing strategies using Jest Jasmine Karma and promote a testdriven development TDD cultureCollaborate closely with UXUI designers using Figma translating design specifications into responsive accessible and performant interfacesApply advanced CSS techniques Flexbox Grid animations theming to create visually appealing and consistent UI componentsGuide the development team through code reviews mentoring and technical decisionmakingCollaborate with product managers UX designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and highperforming solutionsEstablish and maintain coding standards CICD pipelines and agile development workflowsStay current with Angular ecosystem updates and proactively introduce improvements and innovationsRequired Qualifications10 years of experience in frontend development with 5 years in AngularProven experience in architecting Angular applications using NgRx and micro web app architectureStrong proficiency in TypeScript RxJS HTML5 SCSS and modern JavaScriptDeep understanding of accessibility principles including semantic HTML ARIA roles and screen reader supportExpertise in unit testing frameworks and writing comprehensive test suitesHandson experience with Figma for design handoff and collaborationAdvanced knowledge of CSS including responsive design theming and layout systemsExperience implementing mobilefirst design and dark mode supportFamiliarity with RESTful APIs GraphQL and integration patternsExperience with CICD tools Git workflows and agile methodologiesExcellent communication leadership and problemsolving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with micro frontends and federated module architectureExposure to cloud platforms eg Azure AWS GCPKnowledge of security best practices in frontend developmentContributions to opensource projects technical blogs or speaking engagements
