Job Description

    Company- General Insurance Co.Role - Sr. Manager- CRT ( Customer Relation Team )Location - Navi MumbaiWork Days- 5Experience- Minimum of 8 years and least 3-5 years as a Team Leader in a domestic/international BPOKey Responsibilities
    • Providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through daily management of a team of up to 30 employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving.
    • Assist Team Manager with development, process improvement, analysis and implementation of efficiency or quality initiatives.
    • Monitor resource utilization & performance.
    Job Role:
    • Team Supervision and Performance Management: Regularly provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and handle complex conflict situations with customers or employees.
    • Process Improvement and Coordination: coordinating with other teams, implementing engagement programs, and managing training, staffing, and scheduling issues.
    • Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), or Minor Development Documents (MDD)
    • Stakeholder Liaison and Communication: Work closely with operational, legal, and technology teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements and priorities.
    • Analytical Skills and Technical Proficiency: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel macros. Maintain version control of requirement documents and ensure adherence to business continuity planning.
