Job Description

    Job Description
    • Monitoring Inspection of Finished products , Incoming of parts & Clearing inspection reports , Job card as per work order base on customer order
    • Resolve problems through root cause analysis by implementation of CAR & Customer complaint Analysis
    • ISO Documentation related to Quality control Department & keeping update records & follow up ,
    • Involvement in ISO Audit , other Different Audit and Documentation of testing , compliance report
    • Making Quality assurance plan as per customer work order, Approval & follow up from customer Developed gauges for checking parts for Reducing inspection time
    • Handling Third party inspection & final reports preparation, Documentation & follow up & clearance
    • Coordination& involvement for solving internal quality related problem & complaint analysis, Corrective Action & Analysis for non-conformance parts, Rejection & rework follow up & reduction of rejection
    • Prepare Monthly MIS Report ,Analyze and initiate quality systems improvements and corrective action to ensure ongoing compliance with customer requirements,
