Job Description

    Resource HeShe with 4 to 6 years of experience in BFSI domain, primarily focusing on system reliability, availability and performance.Responsibilities1) Monitoring the health of systems using SLI (Service level indicators) -> Monitoring dashboards, alerts, proactive monitoring2) Participation in incident responses and post mortem analysis -> follow runbooks, lead incident response, document KBs, FAQs3) Reviewing change management -> deployment plans, canary deployments, roll back4) Performance management & Capacity Management -> Infrastructure scaling, resource utilization, participate in capacity meetings5) Exp in automating Infra and application process -> Identify manual tasks, tools hands-on (CP, Control-M) etc.6) Knowledge of LunixUnix and windows systems, and networking fundamentals7) Collaborate with Development and OPS team to improve deployments and business continuity8) Strong problem-solving skills. Drive team during investigation and incident closure9) Awareness of Monitoring tools -> App DynamicsDynatraceGrafanaRiverbedZabbixSite 24x7 etc.10) Key stakeholder to 24x7 support, incident team, DR and change management activities11) Must have witnessed larger core migration, distributed systems and hybrid architecture12) Knowledge of broking industry and awareness of core applications (OMSRMS) will be a plus
