Tech from IIT. or Tier I / II colleges Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study.Basic Qualifications Broad knowledge of logistics and supply chain/logistics / Transportation management in addition to practical experience working with one or more of the following: material handling/flow, warehouse management, and reducing cost and improving operations Working knowledge of SAP systems cost controlling and lean manufacturing principles Strong computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft office tools, database tools (such as Excel or SQL), and working knowledge of logistics software such as (ERP, dispatch application, optimization applications) Possess problem-solving skills to spot problems and generate rational and logical solutions to the problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: they have to interact with multiple individuals, including management, employees and suppliers and customers. Should have an overall experience of more than 5 years in Project Management, Operations and related skills. Manage successfully implemented cost saving and optimization projects across multiple locations and effectively executed across a complex matrixPreferred Qualifications MBA preferred Master degree in supply chain/logistics Prior experience in transportation, cement operations, and/or supply chain management Experience in managing large projects across multiple organizations and partnering with multiple disciplines Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses Knowledge of python/R and Business intelligence tools such as Qlik/PowerBI/TableauDid we spark your interest Build your future with us and apply,
