The ideal candidate will drive performance, improve customer experience, and coach advisors to enhance productivity. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, monitoring absenteeism, and ensuring the team adheres to company policies and schedules.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning within the helpdesk team.
    2. Enhance team performance and customer experience through effective leadership.
    3. Coach and mentor advisors on areas of improvement to boost their productivity and skills.
    4. Analyze team performance and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and increase daily output.
    5. Manage customer interactions as per the roster and resolve technical issues effectively.
    6. Monitor and boost employee morale, addressing absenteeism and attrition within the team.
    7. Ensure compliance with company policies, core values, and rostered timings.
