Job Description

    Overview- In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with theSalesteam to introduceCloudProducts and Services to our customers. You will help prospective customers understand the power ofCloudPlatforms, explainingtechnicalfeatures and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. You will collaborate with the engineering team to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to theCloudproducts. We have expertise on Google Workspace and M365.Responsibilities:
    • Generate leads through cold calling, mail campaigns, events, etc.
    • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
    • Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements.
    • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customertechnicalobjections and develop a strategy to resolvetechnicalblockers.
    • Manage thetechnicalrelationship with our customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additionaltechnicalresources.
    • Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and prototypeCloudproduct integrations in customer environments.
    • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices onCloud.
    • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.
    Preferable Skills:
    • Relevant experience serving in the capacity of atechnicalsalesengineer in acloudcomputing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role (including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team).
    • Hands-on experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies.
    • Relevant experience presenting and deliveringtechnicalpitches.
    • Hands-on experience with networking concepts including: routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls.
    • Relevant experience in and understanding of data and information management - especially as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses.
    • Relevant experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
    • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in thecloudor IT technology space.
