Job Description

    Urgent opening for Tele counsellor for Vashi, Thane & BorivaliLocations: Vashi, Thane & Borivali Experience: 0 to 2 years Industry: Education / Training Salary Range: 8,000 to 15,000 per month Joining: Immediate Joiner PreferredWe are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers for our education and training centers located in Vashi, Thane, and Borivali. The role involves calling potential students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential leads and students
    • Explain course offerings and benefits clearly
    • Follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
    • Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
    • Schedule appointments and handle walk-in inquiries if needed
    • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
    Candidate Requirements:
    • 0 to 2 years of tele calling or customer service experience (Freshers welcome)
    • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
    • Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
    • Should be willing to work from Vashi, Thane, or Borivali
    • Must be available to join immediately
