Job Description

    Hiring!To touch base with exiting Magma HDI customers for reminding them on their policies due date & payable premiumRetention of existing customer as per given monthly targetsTo meet targets Daily, weekly & MonthlyTo coordinate with internal stake holders like Ops for database, UW for deviation approvals,To guide customers to make payments before due date.To co-ordinate with external agencies like E Com for premium payment collectionTo co-ordinate with surveyor to get the vehicle inspection done (if required)To generate a quote using system like GC and share with customersTo help customers with policy issuanceTo share feedback with Management on conversions & lost cases.To follow compliance and ethical business practicesExperience: 6 months plus in tele sales / Graduate Fresher from any Stream.For Further details , kindly share your Cv on below mailhidden_email
